Parking less than fine - 15/01/2010

Recently our coach company has been fined for parking in London on a regular basis. They are very careful and have been in the business for many years, but are getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of parking for any length of time and also restrictions for drop-offs. Is anyone else suffering? Can you look into this for us and see if there are any suggestions, especially in the day?
